Our Teachers Scholarships were created to highlight the important role played by teachers across Australia in transforming the lives of students. The scholarships provide professional development opportunities to help teachers excel. The scholarships provide $10,000 to spend on approved professional development / professional learning program.
The First State Super Teachers Scholarship is designed specifically to support public school teachers who teach Early Stage One and Stage One.
First State Super is proud to support teachers as members and is particularly proud to support this scholarship. Early Stage One and Stage One teachers give young children the foundation blocks for future learning – they are responsible for helping our children feel future ready. Applications close on February 11, 2020.
The Public Education Foundation’s Teachers Health Early Career Scholarship supports public school teachers in the first three years of their career at a primary or secondary school. As a not-for-profit organisation, Teachers Health gives back to the education community through sponsorships, scholarships and programs to care for the health and wellbeing of those in the education community. Applications close on February 11, 2020.
The Teachers Mutual Bank Victorian Mid-Career Scholarship supports mid-career teachers, with 5 to 15 years teaching experience, in Victorian public schools.

The Public Education Foundation’s Teachers Mutual Bank Victorian Mid-Career Scholarship supports public school teachers in Victoria who have been teaching for between five and fifteen years. The scholarship provides $10,000 to spend on approved professional development / professional learning. The scholarship may be spent on a single professional development course, including approved overseas courses with travel, or on a set of professional learning activities. Winning the 2018 First State Teacher’s Scholarship has provided me with the opportunity to study the Finnish Early Childhood Education system in great depth. I travelled to Finland on September 17th, for three weeks and attended a study tour with a company called Learning Scoop, held at the University of Tampere for one week.
